Class Description: One hour and 15 minutes. A slow, grounding flow and meditation with grounding postures. This is a great class for those who are new to a physical yoga practice and for those who are looking to slow down their practice and move through a juicy flow focused more on flexibility and grounding. The class will conclude with a grounding meditation and/or visualization.
Bring a mat and water and anything you use for your practice.
