Scott E. Kingdom is a core member of Korn Ferry’s board and CEO Services team. His focus is on the coordination and delivery of the firm’s array of Talent Advisory Services to client organizations. He has been acknowledged by BusinessWeek as one of the “100 Most Influential Search Consultants in the World”
For three decades, Mr. Kingdom has served clients in the leadership and talent development arena across a wide range of businesses and solutions such as Executive Search, Board /C-Suite Succession , Leadership Development, Talent Assessment and Talent Transformation. Functionally, he has a particular depth in CEO, COO, and General Management consulting for industrial companies and has completed over 200 CEO, COO, and division president engagements.
Mr. Kingdom currently serves as a board member for Youth Guidance in Chicago as well as the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business. He is a Board member and Trustee of the University of Colorado System Foundation. Mr. Kingdom holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado.
